Raw strong sculptured with materials behaving honestly Mooloolaba River home was part of a series of homes interested in concrete and glass interplay and perforations.

On the street facade the concrete walls were perforated with thin slips for less light and more privacy. On the northern pool side and river side however, this was reversed with a higher proportion of glass to wall ratio to take in the light and preferred outlook.
